Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences. * Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to customers. * Promote company services including car registration, insurance, and after-sales support. * Recommend optional accessories and additional products to customers. * Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and Sales Manager. * Prepare quotations, explain pricing, financing options, and discounts. * Advise customers regarding current and upcoming vehicle models and availability. * Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments. * Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative for vehicle registration and insurance processing. * Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry. * Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Fluency in Hindi and English is required. * Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications. * Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
