Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences * Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and performance * Explain Ali & Sons services including registration, insurance, and after-sales support * Recommend suitable accessories and optional add-ons to enhance customer experience * Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management * Prepare quotations, pricing, financing options, and applicable discounts * Advise customers on current and upcoming MG models * Coordinate vehicle delivery with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover * Work closely with Customer Relations for registration and insurance processing * Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager  Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry * Bachelor’s Degree is required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage * Proficient in basic computer applications and systems * Strong negotiation and customer service skills Why Join Ali & Sons? * Be part of a well-established and reputable automotive group in the UAE * Work with a growing global automotive brand (MG) * Competitive salary package with attractive incentives * Opportunities for career growth and development * Supportive and collaborative work environment
