JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Calling inbound leads generated from our own ads and setting appointments for our internal sales team.
  • Calling leads generated for our clients and booking appointments directly onto their calendars with licensed financial advisors.
  • Following a proven call framework to identify needs, confirm interest, and ensure quality appointments.
  • Managing follow-ups, reschedules, and calendar coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous appointment setting, inside sales, or call center experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and call software.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to follow a proven process.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

APPOINTMENT SETTING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to new leads within minutes of receiving them.
  • Use a scripted discovery process to qualify leads and confirm fit.
  • Book appointments directly into the correct advisor’s calendar.
  • Track all activity in our CRM accurately and in real-time.
  • Maintain daily and weekly call/appointment metrics.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication in all interactions with potential clients and advisors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and achieve performance goals.
