We urgently hire an ASSISTANT SALES SECRETARY for GRIBAU in DUBAI, Jabel Ali Freezone.
We Girbau are a trading company with high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the Leading world-class Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers, with a team of more than 800 people committed for more than 60 years to designing and delivering complete, sustainable and innovative textile processing solutions on a global scale. We have 6 manufacturing plants in Spain, France and China, and equipment installed in more than 130 countries including entire Middle East.
MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AT THE SAME LEVEL IN UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage quotations for equipment, spare parts, and services
2. Process and manage sales orders for equipment, spare parts, and services efficiently.
3. Handle all work-related emails concerning equipment, spare parts, services, technical inquiries, and administrative matters.
4. Handle and answer all inquiries receive through email, web, and phone.
5. Prepare and submit monthly sales forecast reports to the General Sales Advisor (GSA).
6. Submit technical and service requests through the SAP/CRM platform as needed
7. Prepare monthly HR reports to track employee-related metrics and updates.
8. Update Salesforce regularly with new opportunities, maintaining accurate and current information (training ongoing).
9. Managing and organizing office and supplies
10. Scheduling appointments and JAFZA gate passes for visitors and clients.
11. Handles Petty cash.
12. Assist with various administrative and secretarial tasks as directed by the Directors and Top Management.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Should have experience in CRM software systems (NB: Salesforce preferred) & SAP Systems
2. Should have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, or Logistic related field.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
