Description

YOOCHA MATCHA® is a dynamic matcha supplier for 800+ cafes & speciality coffee shops across GCC. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers across the GCC to achieve set sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience in FMCG or hospitality industry in Sales related roles;
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in the UAE or GCC;
  • Previous experience in a Barista role would be a plus point;
  • Ability to work with small wholesale, B2B;
  • High self-motivated and well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks;
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages;
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic;
  • Experienced in any CRM;
  • Have a UAE Driver’s License & Car.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage B2B sales across GCC markets
  • Travel across GCC countries for business trips, as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cafes, restaurants, and distributors
  • Identify potential partners and negotiate distribution agreements in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman
  • Provide client support with product education, usage recipes, and feedback handling
  • Follow up on orders, stock levels, and customer satisfaction regularly
  • Coordinate product deliveries and resolve logistics and customs-related issues
  • Represent the brand at regional coffee and hospitality events to generate leads
  • Share market insights to support business strategy and regional positioning
