Description

Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for actively generating a specific number of sales on daily and monthly basis. He/she should permanantly deliver highest levels of Customer care to ensure members’ satisfaction, loyalty and retention. The SE should also support the club in all sales and marketing events and activities, and should be open to additional tasks that are assigned by the management and that help increase membership number and members’ retention.
The SE should be highly motivated to deliver results at or above Company expectations in member acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform the sales function successfully.
  • Achieve the Minimum Performance Criteria as outlined in the sales procedure.
  • Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.
  • Implement Company sales policies and procedures to discover prospective buyer’s fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections.
  • Respond to all information calls.
  • Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals.
  • Successful completion of each month’s sales targets.
  • Perform reporting and administration functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Complete all new member contracts in accordance with company standards.
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer care.
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication with both members and other departments.
  • Support all activities, events and promotions.
  • Perform other tasks related to members’ service and retention as suggested by the Sales Manager.
  • Should set and commit to prospects and clients’ appointments even after the regular working hours
  • Comply at all times with the Company Health and Safety Policy.

Skills Required:

  • Strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A self starter with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work during peak hours, and sometimes more than the regular shift.
  • Ability to communicate telephonically with prospective members and members.
