Varasto is a creative and media company offering a full spectrum of digital marketing, content production, and branding services. We work with high-level, ambitious clients across industries and help them grow their presence across digital platforms.
We’re expanding our client acquisition team and looking for a sharp, bilingual Sales Executive with agency experience to help us grow our portfolio.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience in event marketing and video production sales — including activations, shoots, or branded content
  • Native Arabic speaker, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license for client meetings and mobility.
  • Confident in explaining creative services and digital solutions to decision-makers.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Basic understanding of campaign reporting and digital marketing KPIs
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new hot leads, pitching Varasto’s services, building lasting client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure our solutions align with each client’s goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media prospecting, cold calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings and presentations (virtually and in person).
  • Pitch Varasto’s services (social media, branding, video, design, content, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities in event marketing and production, including activations, video shoots, branded content, and full-service execution — then translate them into client solutions.
  • Follow up on warm inquiries and conduct client visits when needed.
  • Build strong relationships and manage post-sale follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales records and report on progress weekly.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
