JOB DESCRIPTION

Cannata Worldwide Cargo Services LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) in Door-to-Door Land Transportation with efficient land transportation solutions for door-to-door shipments. This role focuses on driving sales and business development efforts in the land transportation sector for door-to-door shipments, primarily targeting the clients in Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will be responsible for develop the strong client relationship, meeting sales targets, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process, from quoting and pricing to competitive market analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in land cargo, logistics, or transportation services.
  • Knowledge of Land Cargo Logistics: Strong understanding of the land cargo industry, including shipment pricing, packaging, palletization, weight-based costing, and route optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with logistics management systems is a plus.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for land cargo shipments, ensuring the growth of the client base.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely, reliable, and cost-effective land transport solutions.
  • Efficiency & Accuracy in Pricing: Accurately calculate and present shipment costs, ensuring the company’s pricing strategy is profitable while offering competitive rates.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience working with clients from Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries. Understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, specifically in land transportation.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management within the transportation or logistics industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of land transportation services, specifically in door-to-door shipments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the land transportation sector, focusing on door-to-door shipment services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collect and analyze shipment requirements, ensuring accurate quotations and service details.
  • Provide competitive pricing, managing the end-to-end process of shipment costing and budgeting for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotations based on clients’ transportation needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maintaining company profitability.
  • Ensure all quotations align with market standards and the company’s pricing policies.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide recommendations based on market data and competitive analysis to improve the company’s sales approach and service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and transaction details.
  • Regularly report sales progress and performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of all sales activities and documentation.
