Sales Representative – Hospitality, Hotel & Golf Resort

📍 Location: County Sligo🕒 Full-time, PermanentWe are recruiting a confident and commercially focused Sales Representative for an established hotel and golf resort in County Sligo.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, hotels, events, tourism or sales who enjoys building relationships and generating new business.The successful candidate will promote the venue’s accommodation, golf, events, weddings and corporate offerings to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities• Develop new business across the corporate, leisure, golf, wedding and events markets• Build relationships with local businesses, tour operators, golf societies and event organisers• Respond to enquiries and prepare professional proposals and packages• Conduct venue tours and present the resort’s facilities• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings• Attend networking events, trade shows and industry functions• Work closely with the hotel, golf, events and marketing teams• Maintain accurate sales records and provide pipeline updates• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and brand awareness

Candidate Requirements• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, hotels, events or tourism is desirable• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills• Confidence in developing new business and following up on leads• A proactive, professional and commercially focused approach• Excellent organisational and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Good computer and administration skills• A full, clean driving licence is desirable
