POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the printing or décor industry and will be responsible for driving revenue by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the printing, décor, or advertising industries.
⁠ ⁠Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
⁠ ⁠Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam are a plus.
⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE:

⁠ ⁠Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UAE market.
⁠ ⁠Promote and sell the company’s range of products, including UV printing, custom wallpaper décor, and advertising solutions.
⁠ ⁠Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.
⁠ ⁠Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client specifications.
⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups using CRM tools.
⁠ ⁠Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
