JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify target market segments and prepare a weekly action plan
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet sales forecasts and targets
• Identify client’s apparel needs and present a suitable workwear solution to add value
• Negotiate terms and be successful on closing orders (costs, delivery, and specifications) and be able to close the deal
• Regularly meet clients and keep them updated on their orders and resolve any client concerns
• Execute excellent customer service with technical fabric and garment knowledge
• Prepare and present proposals and maintain follow-up for feedback
• Share performance during weekly sales meeting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of customer relationship experience in Uniform apparel sales
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE with a strong network of procurement contacts
• Annual Sales target achieved between AED 800,000 to AED 2.5 M
• Bonus: Experience with tenders (ADGPG.gov.ae, esupply) and bids in the GCC
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Strong market analysis and research abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driver’s license, own car is a bonus
  Our compensation package is designed to reward performance and drive success. It includes a competitive base salary plus attractive commissions. The base salary is aligned with realistic annual sales targets, tailored to your individual capabilities and proven track record in previous sales role. Additionally, quarterly bonuses are awarded for meeting milestone targets, with the opportunity to unlock even greater rewards by achieving the annual sales goal.
