ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with marketing leads via calls and messages, understanding their needs, and converting them into loyal customers. This role is pivotal to driving business growth and requires a deep understanding of our services and the ability to connect with customers effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead Engagement:
  • Proactively reach out to marketing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to introduce AscendNow’s offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs, addressing queries, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  1. Sales Conversion:
  • Identify opportunities to convert leads into customers by offering tailored solutions aligned with their requirements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Ascend Now’s offerings, including tutoring services, student profile building, and college admissions counseling.
  • Clearly articulate the value and benefits of the services to customers.
  1. Customer Insight:
  • Actively listen to and understand customer sentiments, preferences, and challenges.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and enhance customer experience.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with performance coaches and product teams to address customer-specific needs.
