About the RoleAssist Plus Accounting & Auditing Services is expanding its presence in Sharjah and is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sharjah Branch.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our professional services across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals and market development.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, finance teams and decision-makers.
• Promote the firm's accounting, audit, tax, ICV and other professional services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities.
• Support the growth and market presence of our Sharjah Branch.

• Required Experience & SkillsProven experience in B2B sales or business development in the UAE.
• Experience selling professional, accounting, audit, tax, consulting or corporate services is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Sharjah and Northern Emirates business market.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
