Working alongside the Sales Manager, your Key Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Respond to sale enquiries, for new and existing customers
  • Promote products based on companies directives
  • Supply customers with detailed quotes
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, closing sales with customers
  • Proactively maintain relationship with customers until close of sale
  • Co-ordinate and schedule installs for our engineers using a computerised diary system
  • Update and maintain company CRM system
  • Identify added value sales opportunities
  • Assist with duties in relation to shows

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and CRM’s
  • Efficient and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Genuinely care about helping customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone
