Job Description Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day-to-day account management across assigned territories. Responsibilities: Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, Bodyshops, garages, fleets, and retailers. Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business. Promote and sell automotive Bodyshop & Paints in line with company strategy. Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Execute pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives as directed by management. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements. Ensure timely order processing, coordination with supply chain, and follow-up on deliveries. Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates. Experience in sales within Automotive Bodyshop & Paints or related sectors. Strong understanding of Bodyshop workshop operations and consumables usage. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Travel Requirements: (Percentage of travel expected) 70% - 90% Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering or a related field; - Experience: Having 7 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Skills: Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
