What You’ll Do:
Avalara is looking for a Sales Executive to join a group of dynamic sales professionals. You will increase net new sales growth. Operating as part of amotivated team, our Sales Executives sell Avalara sales tax compliance. Avalara helps make sales tax compliance simple and automatic for businesses of all sizes and our sales team is to help businesses achieve compliance by delivering comprehensive, automated, cloud-based solutions that are fast, accurate, and easy to use. You will have responsibility for achieving individual sales targets by increasing sales of our products and services into our partner ecosystem and attach a holistic solution with sales of Consumer Use and Sales Tax, Exemption Certificate Management, License Management, and Research solutions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales and work remotely #LI-Remote
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
5+years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers
Experience handing high velocity and complex selling situations.Documented success achieving assigned quotas
Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
Sales experience with financial/accounting applications or hosted software solutions or the banking/financial services Industry
Knowledge in the ERP, E-Commerce, Billing/POS solutions
