At Affinity IFS, we provide commercial janitorial and facility services across the GTA to a wide range of clients—from real estate owners and property managers to institutions, industrial sites, and business operators. We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Sales Executive who can run the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and walking buildings to client lunches, networking events, and long-term relationship management.
This role is about selling smart and selling hard. You’ll be part of a lean, experienced team where the expectations are high—but so is the upside. If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to chase deals, you’ll have a clear path to grow and earn.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients across real estate, institutional, commercial, and industrial sector
  • Cold call, walk sites, and follow up relentlessly
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline—from first contact to signed contract
  • Represent Affinity at industry events, client meetings, site visits, and networking functions
  • Work closely with our leadership team to strategize and win high-value deals
