Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the bakery sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) industry and a strong understanding of bakery products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our high-quality bakery products to the HORECA sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell a wide range of bakery products to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contracts with customers to close deals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HORECA industry, with a focus on bakery products.
  • Strong understanding of the bakery industry, including product offerings and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and local HORECA landscape.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
