Together, we’ll build a future where innovation knows no limits. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Cloud Sales Specialist to join our growing CS team. This role is ideal for someone with around 3-5years of experience in technology or enterprise sales who is passionate about cloud innovation, digital transformation, and the banking industry. You’ll work closely with AWS and TechX teams to promote cloud-based solutions that help our customers modernize their systems, improve efficiency, and stay compliant with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce cloud solutions to banking and financial institutions. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions. Support end-to-end sales cycles. Collaboration Work with internal team to propose tailored proposal for customers. Work closely with line manager, partner team, technical team, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive growth initiatives. Build strong engagement with vendor/ partners key contacts. Learning & Development Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud, AI, and data analytics within the BFSI industry. Leverage vendor programs to bring the best value to customers. Proactively share insights and contribute ideas to enhance go-to-market strategies. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Experience: Around 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in IT, software, or cloud). Experience working with banking or enterprise customers is a strong advantage. Skills & Attributes: Proactive and team-working, able to take initiatives and manage opportunities with project team. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine curiosity for migration, mordernization, Data, and AI. Clever and quick-thinking, able to connect customer pain points with suitable solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable engaging with every roles in customers and vendor. Good command of English proficiency (written and spoken).
