POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Officer specializing in personal loans, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Generate business to achieve defined sales targets in mortgages.
  • Explain the documentation, application, and approval process of mortgage loans to the customer.
  • Liaise with the customer’s pre and post-approval for completion of documentation and related formalities.
  • To ensure that applications are error-free and turnaround times are maintained.
  • Assist in the generation of team MIS and regular updates on the pipeline.

What You Should Have

  • Thorough knowledge of Mortgages & relevant products.
  • Basic banking background.
  • Being able to listen carefully to client’s needs and concerns is crucial for building trust and providing tailored solutions.
  • Understanding and empathizing with clients’ situations.
  • The ability to quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during the loan process is essential.
  • Ensuring all loan applications and documents are accurate and complete is vital in the mortgage industry.
  • Ability to recognize quality loan applications.
  • Banking sales skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a banking environment, ideally focusing on mortgage products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and credit approval processes.
  • Arabic language as native.
  • Able to communicate in English.
