As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and nurturing strong client relationships. You’re a natural “hunter” who enjoys creating value for clients and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries Pitch Supermom’s suite of solutions—including insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generation Support the sales cycle from outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and closing Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective and creative integrated solutions Build strong relationships with clients and agencies to ensure long-term partnership growth Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and reporting Stay updated on digital marketing trends including social, display, programmatic, content, and community marketing Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, advertising, or related fields Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and branded content solutions Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Results-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful A “phone-first” and action-driven mindset — you move fast, follow up consistently, and never wait for opportunities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to think creatively and propose integrated marketing solutions Team player with a positive attitude and high level of accountability
