Description

As the global leader in wine and Champagne preservation, Bermar is proud to be the choice of some of the most respected names in hospitality. From Miller & Carter and Hilton to The Ivy, Odeon, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Hawksmoor - and that’s just a small selection of the customers driving success with our preservation systems!
With operations spanning more than 100 countries, we’re a dynamic, fast-growing business with ambitious plans for the future. Now, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our UK sales team and be part of that journey.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a UK Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent next step for a commercially minded, ambitious individual who wants to grow in a vibrant, high-performance environment. You’ll bring at least two years of B2B sales experience (phone-based sales essential) and a proven ability to build lasting business relationships.
If you thrive under pressure, enjoy exceeding targets, and want to make your mark in a growth oriented company, this role could be the perfect fit.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (hospitality/food & beverage experience desirable)
  • Strong phone-based sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • CRM experience (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities
  • Develop additional business from our existing customer base using creative sales strategies (including some cold calling)
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Become an expert in the UK hospitality industry and our product offering
  • Communicate effectively with contacts at all levels, from independent operators to Group Directors
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to management and the wider sales team
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and grow your network
  • Work collaboratively with the UK Sales team to drive results and share best practices
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them
