Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To manage sales within your area for a growing portfolio of customers to deliver strong business growth throughout, with the aim of exceeding annual planned and growth targets. This involves managing existing customers as well as uncovering and developing new business opportunities in line with our business strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional business growth for your region by creating opportunities with existing business whilst also growing new business
  • Implement competitive value add pricing to ensure maximum value for Bestway
  • Conduct annual contract negotiations on price, payment and delivery terms to ensure our growth in line with business goals
  • Seek out and identify growth opportunities at existing customers by building robust relationships and mapping out potential future stakeholders
  • A thorough understanding of food sales specifically within rice
  • Demonstrable experience of selling to multiples
