Responsibilities

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving targeted sales growth of a portfolio of specific customers by maintaining and developing existing customers as well as exploring new account opportunities while delivering a unique experience to our customers.
Key Role Responsibilities:

  1. Increase and optimize the level of activity and expand it:
  • Manages a portfolio of customers. Conducts required daily sales visits and ensures achievement of required sales and profit margin targets
  • Focuses on key account retention and growth by insuring proper contact to develop and provide custom made solutions that adds value and solidifies the partnership
  • Identifies sales opportunities (new account or new product) by using market knowledge.
  • Works closely with sales team and category specialist to develop effective sales strategies
  1. Increase stock Keeping Unit (SKU) penetration and off take level while optimizing profitability:
  • Is able to identify a need and recommend the right product for each customer
  • Advices customer, provides personalized solutions through a professional and technical approach to help fix identified issues
  • Grows or increases usage of current products applying technical knowledge, introduce new recipe ideas or concepts that can respond to a need or fulfil a new trend
  • Plays a key role in sampling distribution and customer feedback collection
  • Ensures that tenders are prepared, documented and submitted in a timely and professional manner, if needed
  1. Maintains high level of Customer Satisfaction:
  • Works on high level of satisfaction among his customers
  • Communicates and coordinates with other CFF resources such as Sales Manager, Marketing and Operations to meet and exceed customer satisfaction at all times
  • Proactively checks products quality/ availability to avoid complaints
  • Manages and records customer complaints according to CFF standards, proposes solution, takes action and involves management or suppliers when necessary
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Has advanced knowledge of market situation, trends and opportunities in his scope.
  • Is proactive in collecting feedback from the field, including customer feedback, competitor activities, new trends, business opportunities
  • Coordinate with management to guaranty information is circulated.
  1. Stock management and Forecasting:
  • Supports effective stock management by providing sales forecasts of accounts needs
  • Is aware of supply schedule & stock position on category of products, anticipate issues (shortage, overstock)
  • Proposes solution to avoid/ fix stock problem and avoid wastage or product unavailability
  1. Reporting:
  • Records daily customer visits in required format
  • Provide report base on management requirement (stock/ sales analysis, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
