We have a really great opportunity for you to harness your skills and develop your career. Primarily, you will be based in our St Ives, Cornwall boutique providing world class customer service. You will greet all our amazing customers providing them with a world-class experience - directing them to our bespoke product range.
We are unique as we design and make all our bespoke high-end apparel and lifestyle products using the finest organic cotton; premium leather and natural stones.
You will be excited by our designs and individuality and therefore act as a brand ambassador - responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge (after training), and building enduring quality customer relationships. The key to your success is the ability to engage with customers in an engaging and sincere manner converting browsers to buyers. It is essential that you are able to actively engage with customers therefore strong communication skills are key.
It goes without saying that you will keep the boutique immaculately clean and tidy, maintain regular stock takes, take a positive approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to convert interest into sales.
We are a high-end designer brand and therefore you will present and conduct yourself in a manner appropriate to represent this environment.
Previous experience of working in a sales environment is beneficial but not essential full training will be given. An understanding of design and fabrics and the ability to speak other languages are also desirable.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Part-time/Job Share considered
