Brainciti Management Consultancies is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are seeking a professional with strong communication and business development skills who can identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
• Promote business setup, management consultancy, accounting, and tax services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into business.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience.
• Experience in business setup, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, audit, or professional services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong lead generation, client relationship management, and business development abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
