WE’RE HIRING – Sales Executive

British Training Institute – Sharjah, UAE is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

We are looking for a strong salesperson who knows how to communicate with leads, understand their needs, handle objections, follow up effectively, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with new and existing leads
• Convert inquiries into registrations and close sales effectively
• Promote training courses, diplomas, language programs, and professional qualifications
• Handle sales inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable programs
• Maintain consistent follow-up until the deal is closed
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM system
• Build strong relationships with students and potential clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales / Telesales / Business Development
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Experience in training institutes, educational institutions, academies, or education sales is highly preferred
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers
• Fluent Arabic is essential
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Confident in telephone and WhatsApp sales
• Target-driven, persuasive, organized, and proactive
• Candidates currently residing in Sharjah are preferred
• Available to join immediately
