With Salvus Care, our patient-engagement platform, pharmacies get ready-to-use content and workflows that streamline communication between patients and pharmacists. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. You will own the entire sales motion, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals. You will need to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and have excellent communication skills, and together, we will develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to achieve our ambitious growth plans in the coming years. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and research new business opportunities through various channels, including calling, referrals, and industry events to engage with potential clients via phone and email, and schedule first conversations meetings. Qualification - Qualify leads by assessing the needs and paint points, and present how they can address these challenges with our product offering. Closing – Lead the negotiation and closing of deals with new clients, in face-to-face meetings and hand off effectively to CS. Lead Nurturing – Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and communication, keeping them engaged and informed about our product and company developments. Market insights - Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments. Customer Development - Help to shape our business and product roadmaps with your insights and the feedback received from the market. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software or digital health industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French and Dutch bilingual, and English required). Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong bias to action (done is better than perfect). Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
