Salary: AED 3000 – AED 4500 per month (based on experience and performance)

JOB SUMMARY

Build Mode Industries FZ LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in the scaffolding and steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong client network, excellent knowledge of industry products, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
• Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of scaffolding systems, steel structures, and associated services.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE scaffolding and steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and steel fabrication processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
