Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities through your existing network, prospecting, and cold calls.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline development, negotiations, and closing.
  • Partner with NCC’s operations team to ensure accurate pricing, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a robust carrier and customer portfolio, aligning preferred lanes with client needs.
  • Learn from and work closely with NCC leadership and a supportive operations team.
  • Continuously develop your skills while contributing to NCC’s growth.
