JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Executive to actively hunt for new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Your primary focus will be direct sales—identifying companies in need of financing, pitching our loan products, and converting prospects into clients. This is a field-based role where you will be meeting potential clients face-to-face, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in banking, financial services, or lending).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hunting & closing skills—ability to identify, approach, and convert prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Willingness to travel across Dubai/UAE for client meetings.
  • Knowledge in banking product is an advantage
