Sales Consultant – Business Setup .
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on calling prospective clients and guiding them through the process of setting up businesses in UAE free zones. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote business setup services in UAE free zones.
Respond to inquiries from leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and online platforms.
Consultation & Advisory:
Understand clients’ business requirements and provide tailored solutions for free zone company formation.
Educate clients about the benefits, requirements, and procedures of setting up businesses in UAE free zones.
Sales Process Management:
Convert leads into sales by providing expert guidance and building trust with potential clients.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the setup process, ensuring smooth communication.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on free zone regulations, pricing, and service offerings to provide accurate and current information to clients.
Reporting & Follow-Up:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or telesales, preferably in business setup services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
Knowledge of UAE free zones and company formation processes is highly desirable.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
