About the Role This is a full-cycle Sales Executive role focused on selling exhibition and sponsorship solutions to businesses targeting the US and international markets. You’ll take ownership of qualified leads, manage the full sales process, and build long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors across our global event portfolio. This role also offers clear progression into senior sales, account management, or event management roles, based on performance. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages for international business events Engaging decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored event solutions Building and managing a strong pipeline to hit and exceed targets Working closely with business development, marketing, and event teams Attending live international events and supporting onsite sales activity Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You are: Confident and persuasive on the phone Commercially minded with a results-driven attitude Comfortable handling objections and closing deals Interested in business, entrepreneurship, and global events Motivated by commission and clear progression opportunities Able to work 12:00pm – 9:00pm to align with US clients Based in the UK and able to work full-time from the office Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
