YOUR ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be a key player in our inbound sales team, managing the full sales process and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate quotes to customers within the hour.
  • Upsell products and services to our extensive existing customer base.
  • Promptly respond to customer emails and inbound enquiries.
  • Close sales confidently and process initial payments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Use MS Office tools for managing tasks and communications.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
