ABOUT THE ROLE

At BYD Sheffield, we’re looking for Sales and Product Specialists—our in-branch experts who live and breathe customer experience. This is an incredibly exciting and brand new opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team.
If you’re passionate about cars and thrive on representing an innovative brand both in person and online, this role is made for you. You’ll get to know our products inside out, building your expertise primarily through digital communication, so you can guide customers through our sales journey— from enquiry to product demos and beyond.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, with full support from management to help you grow. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a customer service background who’s full of ideas on how to create exceptional experiences while demonstrating these in an online presence across our social media platforms. You will receive full training for this role, so we’re looking for someone with a drive to learn and a passion for progression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Gaining in-depth product knowledge to help customers find their ideal car
  • Enhancing the customer journey from initial enquiry to final delivery
  • Capturing special moments during the buying process, such as new vehicle handovers
  • Publicising our Brand Ambassadors and sharing Brand news with our customers to encourage return business
