JLL's renowned Capital Markets business is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team in Canberra. Key Responsibilities: You'll support investment sales transactions from start to finish, including researching market data, preparing investment materials, and presenting opportunities to potential investors. You'll build relationships with clients and market contacts while working closely with our research, valuation, and transaction teams to deliver strong results. Your role will involve analysing properties, creating financial models, and providing market insights that help clients make informed investment decisions. This is what we’re looking for: A Commerce, Finance, or related degree that gives you confidence with financial analysis and modeling. You'll need numerical skills to evaluate investment opportunities, build financial projections, and interpret market data. Experience or genuine passion for sales, business development, or property valuation. This could come from previous roles, internships, or simply a strong interest in commercial real estate. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. An excellent attitude is non-negotiable.
