JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Promote and sell freight forwarding / logistics business through direct contacts and Telemarketing skills.
  • Manage business relationship with key account decision makers.
  • Plan and coordinate execution of various marketing activities along with multiple vendors, distribution, internal sales & support team.
  • To be well versed with sales promotion with social media and other technology enabled activities
  • Identifying and generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers, meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Setting up meeting with new and existing client, connecting with decision makers, presenting company solution & expertise, develop sales strategies to secure new and existing business.
  • Manage and develop business relationship with key account decision makers, vendors, distributors, agents etc.
  • Building strong relationships with strategic customers, target new accounts & penetrate new accounts along with sales account managers on a day to day basis.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
  • Deliver sales presentations to customer & senior management and demonstrate our services
  • Identification, research and successful closing of new business prospects and opportunities
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    At least 2 years’ UAE experience in freight forwarding / logistics sector in Sales and Marketing will be the right candidate.
    Proficient in the Microsoft Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ERP
    Candidates must be able to take a consultative sale approach.
