Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive, Stafford House, will be responsible for international student recruitment activity, with an emphasis on lead conversion through consultative sales email, calls, video conferences to students and/ or their parents which have applied or made an enquiry about a programme of study at Stafford House International adult language schools (SHI), Stafford House Study Holidays (SHSH), and CATS & CSVPA summer programmes. They will also assist the team with student recruitment through other channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following section outlines a more detailed, but not exhaustive, description of the duties pertinent to this post:
Ensure that direct sales enquiries and direct applications are converted via focused follow-up activity.
Focused sales activity by telephone, email and other platforms to meet student recruitment targets.
Collaboration with the Admissions team to ensure fast, efficient, and effective follow-up of student leads and applications to improve conversion rates, attain
sales outcomes and provide high standards of customer service.
Work closely with the regional sales teams to follow up leads generated by direct channels in their markets.
Work on the recruitment of international students, through the development of educational and institutional relationships, representation at educational
exhibitions, among other sales activities.
Assist with development of other recruitment channels, and proactively identify and act on revenue generating opportunities.
Provide support and training to partners where required.
Upward communication of market intelligence.
Cross-selling activity for other CATS Global Schools brands, working in conjunction with the wider Sales team.
Assist in core business activity in other areas, should the need arise.
