JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our chocolate factory’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets across various retail, wholesale, and HORECA sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outdoor sales (experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food industry is preferred).
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (or relevant for your region).
  • Having his own car
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized
  • Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels
Responsibilities
  • Actively visit potential customers, including ready chcoclate manfacturer , confectionery shops, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and wholsae distributors.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of chocolate products (real and compound chocolate, fillings, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and sampling sessions as required.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Collect market feedback on product trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
