To meet the needs of our ever-growing customer base, an opportunity for a professional outgoing individual who wants to excel in a role with an earnings potential well in excess of £35,000 P/A.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

You must have a current and valid Driving Licence and previous experience in a similar sales role would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • To complete customer’s appraisal forms for all customer enquiries (submitting copies to your sales manager) and to then follow these leads through a sales process.
  • To actively prospect for new customers on a weekly basis.
  • To maintain your display areas to high manufacturer standards.
  • To attend for work as per rota, plus any department meetings, training courses, appraisals, outside events and make positive contributions to these.
  • Maintain manufacturers standards including - meet and greet, appraisal; hand over and customer follow-up procedures are adhered to.
  • Update all prospects on the company database and actively review in line with the sales process.
  • Ensure all paperwork is properly processed with particular regard to signatures on order forms and invoices, part exchange and mileage declarations to comply with trading standards, Custom and Excise and VAT regulations.
  • As you will be the face of Cawdor you will at all times courteous and professional to customers and work colleagues, to help ensure the success of the company and importantly yourself.
  • You will keep up to date with product changes and market trends to improve one’s skills in line with company and industry requirements.
  • To maintain a flexible approach to work hours and duties to ensure the success of the company.
