Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Achieve sales targets, achieving minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
  • Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
  • Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase
    The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry.
    Previous automotive experience is not essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who has lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results. A full UK driving license is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
