ABOUT US:

Fast Service LLC is a leading civil and interior design contracting company specializing in villa renovations, office fit-outs, apartment upgrades, and general maintenance services. We are looking for a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in civil works, capable of finding projects and bringing in business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales/business development within the civil works, renovation, or maintenance industry in the UAE.
• Strong client network in villa renovation, property maintenance, or similar fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

• Identify and approach potential clients for villa, office, and apartment renovation projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, landlords, facility managers, and property owners.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches to clients highlighting our renovation and maintenance services.
• Visit sites to assess renovation requirements and coordinate with our technical team for quotation.
• Close deals and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends in civil contracting and renovation.
