JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our team at CoGoGo. Your role will focus on contacting businesses that have recently come to market, pitching them the opportunity to contribute towards marketing to help promote their sale, with the added benefits. This is a sales-focused position, managed against a clear monthly income target. You’ll need to be confident in pitching, consultative in your approach, and motivated by achieving (and exceeding) sales goals.
This role offers a competitive base salary of £24,000, with an uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £36,000. Your performance and results will directly impact your earning potential, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your income as you help drive business growth and client success.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Proven experience in sales (ideally B2B, telesales, or consultative sales).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to present options clearly and confidently.
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple conversations and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Confident handling objections and closing deals.
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy in all client interactions.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and eager to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Contact & Pitching - Reach out to newly listed businesses, introducing the marketing contribution option and clearly communicating the benefits.
  • Sales Conversion - Confidently close sales by building rapport, overcoming objections, and highlighting the cost-saving advantages of contributing towards marketing.
  • Target Achievement - Work towards and achieve an income target per month.
  • Pipeline Management - Manage and prioritise prospects effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximising conversion rates.
  • CRM Management - Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM to maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the wider sales and admin teams to ensure seamless client handover and alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Care - Provide a professional, consultative service to business owners, maintaining a high standard of customer experience and generating positive feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively suggest improvements to scripts, processes, and approaches to increase success rates.
