OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma, and will be adept at managing project lifecycles from initiation through to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
• Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability in team management and leadership.
• Proficient in program development, design, and implementation processes.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of tools such as Confluence, Primavera P6, Basecamp, Smartsheet, or similar PPM tools is preferred.
• Technical writing skills for documentation of processes and procedures are a plus.

• Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project phases.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Manage risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the execution of projects while ensuring adherence to quality management standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners as necessary for successful project delivery.
• Utilize data analysis skills for monitoring project performance and making informed decisions.
• Employ conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively within the team.
• Apply earned value management principles to assess project performance against planned objectives.
