Requirements What do I need to know? You have to have… High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Valid Driver’s License Resident Property & Casualty Agent's License preferred, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence others Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals Willingness to prospect, network, and actively pursue new business opportunities Prior sales experience, particularly in a business-to-business or relationship-driven environment We’d like it if you had… Commercial Lines insurance product knowledge, preferred Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, and/or AAI, or a demonstrated interest in pursuing them
