Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features including purity (karat), weight, making charges, and pricing.
• Stay updated on current gold rates and market trends.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation with a presentable personality.
• Good knowledge of gold jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Basic numeracy skills (weight calculation, pricing, discounts).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Multilingual skills (English + Hindi/Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in gold/jewelry retail sales.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in UAE or GCC jewelry markets.
• Strong grooming and professional appearance.
