JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives( Part time and Full-time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $33,100.00-$200,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1S

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize the sales process.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and enhance product knowledge for effective sales pitches.
