· Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Maguire Brothers with professionalism and credibility
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
· Identifying and researching new business opportunities, particularly in commercial property and surveying sectors
· Using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and report on activity
· Attending client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile
