About Us
Coolest Cooling Ltd is a growing air conditioning and refrigeration business serving Medway and London. We specialise in installations, maintenance, and upgrades for both residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for a driven salesperson who knows how to hunt for new business, build relationships, and close deals.

The Role

  • Actively generate new business leads (builders, landlords, facilities managers, SMEs, homeowners).
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with our installation team to hand over won projects.
  • Represent Coolest Cooling as the face of our growth.

What We Offer

  • Commission-only role with high earning potential
  • 15% of net profit on new business you bring in
  • 10% of net profit on repeat business from your accounts
  • Quarterly bonus of £500 for exceeding £50k revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales or business development experience (construction/trades background ideal, but not essential).
  • A true hunter mentality – confident prospecting, networking, and chasing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • UK driving licence preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
