Sales Executive (Cosmetic Ingredients & Aroma Molecules), Oceania
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers and achieving sales and profitability targets within the Cosmetic Ingredients and Aroma Molecules Divisions. This role will focus on sales revenue generation, strategic sales planning and exceptional customer support with a strong emphasis on upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction while providing insights into market trends and competitor activities.

The Position:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, promptly addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth objectives and revenue targets with a focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiations to communicate the value proposition of cosmetic ingredients and secure new business
  • Collaborate with business units to prepare competitive sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Cosmetic Ingredients/Personal Care industry including trends, competitor activities and customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, sample requests and product information promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Singapore laboratory to manage and arrange customer samples for Australia & New Zealand
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, inventory reports and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Report both functionally and administratively to the Sales & Marketing Director based in Singapore
